What is going on Dominos.My sister went to order pizza to get delivered to my house which might I add I have done so many times.Only to find out today that you have stopped delivering to the Waikiwi area???????What the heck why would you just stop delivering to an area and not say anything about why you have stopped delivering to an area. We live in town… so weird…

Haven't been for few years as they couldn't get my name right, customer service is not very good.People taking your order are not very good at speaking or understanding English.I went back Sunday night and the duty manager was to busy doing what he was doing, served me then was in a rush to go stand and talk to his fellow worker.He talked to fast, left me standing there putting my card details in the EFTPOS , he was lucky it didn't decline otherwise I would have got a free pizza

I had asked for my meal to be brought out to my vehicle as car parks are very limited, and I had to double park. I marked on the order that I had arrived, however, I had to phone to ask after my order because it was almost 10mins late. As a result the food wasn't as hot as it could be. The guy who bought it out to my car struggled as the 24 churros and 3 garlic bread were stacked badly on top of the 3 large pizzas and he almost dropped them twice having to use his biceps and chin to prevent them from falling.

Ordered pizza at 7:20 and the estimated delivery time was 7:45. Almost half an hour after the delivery time I rung them to figure out what’s going on and they wouldn’t answer finally got through to them and asked where it was and they told me it would be another 10 minutes away! And apparently there shutting at 8 now ?! Nothing the man on the other side of the phone could do. Apparently the driver had left 15 minutes prior to me ringing. Very unhappy with this level of service.

We ordered our pizza and it never turned up, very unhappy, have tried ringing more than 7 times and no one is now picking up. Not good
