I had contacted other concrete contractors who all made promises to quote etc but failed to follow through. Great response. I emailed them about a job and they got back to me straightaway. I received their quote the same day. Peter was great to deal with. Darren booked us in and the job was started, it took 3 days to complete, which was quick, as the area being paved was not easy to access. Job well done. Beyond my expectation. They also replaced the drain in front of our garage doors, excellent job. Thoroughly recommend.

We had the front courtyard concrete removed and replaced with 450x450 flagstones. The result is fantastic. We have some more work to do with a pathway down the side of the house and I wouldn't hesitate to use By Design again in the future.

We used Peter and his team for paving and concrete footings for glass balustradeing around a pool. Plenty of curved balls were thrown and the guys took them all effortlessly in their stride.Footing had to be much bigger due to ground conditions, concrete had to be changed to a higher strength at the last minute to suit the balustrade clamp fasteners and the pavers I ordered came in with defects so the job had to be stopped for some months while I the pavers were re-manufactured.Great bunch of guys, never complained and turned up when they said they would. Quality of the work is exceptional, pavers are all level and spacing between pavers is even.I couldn't have asked for better service or quality, so can only give 5 stars. Well deserved, thanks guys.
