A friend recommended Cape South retreats and I thought - meh, maybe, dunno - but then I thought - stuff it, why not?! I am so pleased I went. Kate and Cam are two of the best humans on the planet and our group was awesome. The content for the retreat was spot-on for me and I've taken on bits and pieces into my every day. I had a wonderful 6 day plant-based retreat in October 2022. Kate and Cam were wonderful hosts, the food was delicious and the setting idyllic. It was exactly the holiday I needed and I can't wait to go back.

Kate and Cam are amazing hosts. I have done their mindfulness course amd a bespoke juice retreat with 2 other friends. The facilities are amazing and their way of making you feel comfortable and safe and so supportive in their retreats with amazing care to give you just what you need. Would totally recommend and I will be back!

A wonderful experience with a wonderful team - thank you so much to Kate and Cam for such a treat! I finished my long weekend feeling invigorated and inspired. The food is amazing and really creative and I loved eating with the other retreaters around the HUGE dining table. I would give this retreat 10 stars if I could!

Kate and Cam guide you through a supported weekend of delights, ranging from thoughtfully catered and beautifully prepared plant based breakfasts, lunches and dinners to yoga, mindfulness workshops and time for relaxation enjoying the facility's of the world class estate. Saunas, spa treatments, gym or just relaxing curled up with a good book on offer. Highly recommend for those needing to escape everyday life and be pampered by wellness, simplicity and wholesomeness.

If you are fortunate enough to come and retreat here, I highly recommend it. I found the weekend to be amazing beyond words. The setting, the people, the energy, the food, all of it was beautiful. I found my happy place inside being here. It was truly a gift. I would love to do it again.

Cape South Country Escape & Wellness Retreat
What a find. The most beautiful old villa from which Kate and Cam host their amazing wellness retreats. Everything was perfect -the rooms, the food, the yoga and the activities, especially Cams incredible walk over the neighbors farm to nearby Waimarama Beach. Can’t wait to go back.
