I’ve taken a day off from work to get my leaking hot water cylinder sorted. Called Waterworks early in morning to get a quote, they requested for $195 deposit before proceeding with job which was fair enough. The person on the phone then asked me for photos of the leakage and mentioned that they will provide a quote by end of today as nothing can be done today which means i had to take additional days off from work just for waterworks to do my job. Such a useless response im sure they would have been able to get something done on the same day as i called earlier in the morning! I hung up the phone and called someone else who managed to get my job completed in less than a day.

Fantastic firm!! Highly recommend. This company is highly professional and know what they are doing. Isaac turned up on time, called beforehand and arrived when he said he would. Nothing was too much trouble, he and his team fixed our guttering issues in no time and in torrential rain! We had 3 other firms look at our very urgent repair job, all 3 walked away, too hard or 2 months lead time, one even said they couldn't do whilst it was raining! We are in Auckland, see you in February then!! Waterworks came and completed the job with ease. Nothing was too hard and all done in a very friendly manner. Thank you team, you were amazing. In a country that now seems to pride itself on mediocrity and terrible service it was such a relief to find you and realise there are still professional firms out there like you. Thank you so much.
