What a shame that this company is not up front and honest with their customers. Would not reccomend ever. My furniture was moved out of there on the 2nd of Sept 2020 and I am in Tauranga and I am being charged for the facility until they get their swipe card back. That is absolutely unacceptable!!!!! NOTHING LIKE SHAFTING PEOPLE IN THE MIDST OF A PANDEMIC AND ENTERING INTO A RECESSION!!!!!

Very good customer service and communication. The owner walked me thru the location, the process and all the details when I arrived and booked a unit at the office. Nice and fluent experience.

It's got storage, as the name suggests. Looks like thr place could do with some sprucing up the paving is dirty and mouldy (needs a mould treatment and a clean) and it's a bit dirty around the place needs a water blast. The bathroom is pretty grotty. Like I said it's storage but seems like the owner is running thr place down rather than keeping it spic and span

This review is a clarification of security from management. We did have an issue with a dishonest customer unscrewing interior cladding to gain access to units. These screws have now been replaced with pop rivets to resolve this issue. We regret that some of our customers were affected by this unforseen issue. We have also spent a large amount of money installing additional cameras in the corridors.

Was in advance for a month and have been told I would get refunded as removed all my items from storage, fast prompt reply at the start of contact and then they dropped off the planet and are not answering calls or emails. They did not call or email me in regard to security matters either. Containers can be hacked easily. Not good and trailers mainly there for show" purposes."

Affordable Storage, 240 Dyers Road, Bromley, Christchurch 8062.Could not recommend this facility. The last time I used it my storage shed was broken into.The units are not secure, if you take out a few screws, you can remove the panels.The property was getting very run down.

When I needed storage I did my research and checked out lots of other places but this place offers great secure storage. The layout makes sure there is proper drainage of rain, the doors are secured and can have your own lock or bought lock to keep your stuff safe, security gate at the front only accessed by a key card that works for your unit. Small units or car sized units available for moving needs for hire.
