Very bed experience with this guys.4 months back we got screen protector with 1 year warranty on that. They were struggling to putting it on. And did 4 to 5 time with glue and got glue in Mobile's speaker, not done well and it's broke in just 2 months and when we ask to replace they refuse and made excuses.One of the staff were agree to give us discount as replacement after they talk in there own language and ask us to leave. It's ridiculous that they are denying for what they said.

Scam artist work here ! Was told ipad screen protector as $30 wanted to buy was told best to bring Ipad to them … got the Ipad next day and now they charging $35 ..

DO NOT CHANGE YOUR PHONE SCREEN HERE. Terrible experience at replacing a broken phone screen. The job was done poorly. They even acknowledged it and gave 10% discount and said they couldn't do better, but the phone repair is terrible . The screen was never sealed properly and left it open at the bottom edge. After a few months is even worse.. Look at the pictures

Shocking service and very unfriendly. Will not put any effort in trying to help you. They took my protector off my phone and said they can't help me cause it had some glue on that was obviously too much effort to take off. So my phone was all rough and ugly on the screen now. Took it to a little store upstairs and was sorted out in 2min.

Recently I bought a mobile holder from mobie sylvia park. It had wireless charging and auto open and close function. After few weeks it stoped working. When I took it to the shop , they did something and told me that it is all good now. I asked them if it will work fine? to that they replied, if it happens again take it back they will replace. But it stopped working again.when I took it back again they said they cant do anything again as it is outside the warranty period. They were not even ready to look at it. I even asked to repair it and ready to pay, but they said they cant repair it. They sell faulty products and no service support !! No good communication and Wont recommend at all!!! Very much disappointed!

Great quick friendly service. Got my iPhone 11 screen replaced in 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

My iPhone SE was dead suddenly - not charging, can't turn on. Went to the other repairer close by, got told $50 inspection charge in the front, fix will take 4-5 business day. Went into Mobie, staff checked my phone and made it working within a few minutes free of charge! They even told me how to fix this issue in the future as this is the known issue that most iphone SE could have. So blessed with this experience.So friendly and knowledgeable staff!Highly recommended.

Was told by the shop assistant 50 to replace two screen protectors and then when she charged me 54 she told me that included the 10% discount. Ripped off I am filing a complaint with commerce commission. No effort made to explain and never offered a recirpt

One of the Worst service ever. I bought a glass screen protector on 31/12/2021 for my Samsung s21ultra. And while putting this glass they have used glue, and some of glue spread at my charging slot as well. But I can understand that by mistake. So I did not say much to themBut on that day they have told me it has one year warranty on it. And within a 5 month my glass got some bubble so I went there yesterday and I ask to replace it. They just changed their color and said no Warranty on the glass. And it was a clear lie. Last time they have said it has one year warranty and that's why I went there. But now they changed their word. And in the last one guy was there. Not sure he was owner or worker. But his attitude was so rough.Anyways I would never ever go there again. They are lier. One of the worst service ever.

The staff of the shop is very kind. I had my phone repair done here. Worked perfectly and also put a screen protector on my new screen. The technicians are very professional and the repair speed is also very fast.
