Specsavers Optometrists - St Lukes

Delighted with the additional glasses I recently purchased.Very reasonably priced, being a third pair purchased within 6 months! Friendly and helpful staff seeing to my every need.Would thoroughly recommend.

Specsaver your business is not fair, I visited today to get my eye test as an AA Member. I asked for the eye test results, the person who was explaining told me this year we are not giving eye test results. Why AA is paying you $60 for their members.Not necessary that I will get glasses from you. I will choose where ever get reasonable deal, that's it.Non Professional and Unfair dealing at all.I have already submitted feedback form week ago but no one contacted me, seems these feedback form are just a formality.

I'm 100% satisfied with my visit to Specsavers, St Lukes. I went in casually just to find out what the options and costs were with regard to repairing a scratched lens on my glasses and I came out having had a new eye test with new glasses in the making and it all came to less than I had budgeted just to pay for repairs!!! I'm very happy with their professional service and hands on we're here to help" attitude. Thank you for your efficiency and professionalism! I Called first to discuss deal on offer told I could have the offer for both sets of glasses we wanted. Travel 2 hours to closest store. Told after test etc no we can’t have two sets for that price. Took one set offered asked to send direct to us as per last time no extra charge but charged $30 . Not happy mislead and over charged

This was my third time with eye glass purchases at Specsavers.I couldn't be happierFrom my consultation with the store's Senior Optomotrist lady through to the other caring lovely lady who took me through all the steps to ensure my new glasses would provide me with optimum quality of vision.This particular process was very involved and specific to my failing eyesight.I was very impressed with all the attention to detail in gathering all the requirements that will ensure my glasses will be perfect.I was even shown just how much the vision improvements will be.I thank those staff who gave me their attentive professional skill. Berwick SpecSavers are the most wonderful people to deal with. They understand what true customer service is all about. Such a great team from the time you enter the store, to seeing the Optometrist, to picking up your glasses.

The service provided by St Lukes Specsavers is nothing short of atrocious. I ordered contact lenses from them 7 weeks ago and have yet to receive them. After waiting for 4 weeks, I called them to find out what was going on and was told that there was a distribution issue." However

Great experience having my eye test and picking new frames. All staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. The optometrist and sale staff recommended the most cost effective and suitable options for me which I really appreciated. Also love that AA members get a free eye test also.

They rescheduled my appointment twice when I was already there wasting my time and gas. It took weeks to get my contact lenses sorted. They never answer the phone I found out its because its on silent. I was instore and I watched the phone light up as someone was calling but the ringer was off. They dont get back to voicemails either I left one this week no one got back to me. The only good thing was the guy there who helped me with my contact lens fit thanks to him I was able to do it.
