I was super nervous about doing my restricted motorbike license here as I was told they aren’t as friendly as doing it through an approved CBTA approved assessor (twice the price). I was warmly greeted with Rahera and my nerves were instantly put at ease. She was super nice and made the test enjoyable. Thankyou.

I needed a WOF for my car a week or so ago. I was told there was a three hour wait.... and I was happy with that. Plenty of shops and cafe handy. Got a text to say car was ready around the three hour mark. Yes it had failed on two items, but that's the whole point if a WOF, to find out if anything is not safe. I found the staff excellent... they have a sense of humour which I found refreshing.Retest was done a few days later in less than 1/2 hour... and away I went.... quite happy.

Just booked a driving test in this station but unfortunately the assessor was very rude and unprofesional.Her name was RAHERA C , she had a few unprofesionals behavior from the start and rais up her noise and doing negative body languages which have negative impact for the driver.make sure to not choose this sort of instructors.I am sure that most of the new drivers will loss their confidence due to unacceptable behaviors from this sort of instructors.thanks

Racist driver instructor. She's a horrible person. My daughter had a scheduled restricted driving test today. She's practicing driving for more than a year and practice driving in nortwood area. She was sitting on the driver's seat waiting with the window slightly open. The instructor arrived and she kept raising her two arms on belly level and gave off the attitudeand body language of what are you doing"?She was intimidated and her feet were shaking. A simple say "open the window please" would be acceptable. She couldn't concentrate in driving and inside the car

Arrived before 8am, first in line for a WOF. They said I parked in the wrong place. I explained I was 40 weeks pregnant and was here first. They sent me to the back of the line approximately 8th. I walked out. Do not give this business your money.

I recently took my driving test at VTNZ Northwood and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The reception team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable and at ease before my test. Shane- my tester was also very professional and knowledgeable, guiding me through the test and giving me helpful feedback afterwards. Overall, my experience at VTNZ Northwood was outstanding, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to take their driving test. Thank you for making my experience a positive one

Haven't been here for mayb 10 years as got sick of spending a day to get a WOF. But being local thought I would try again. Nothing has changed like at least a 3 hour wait even though I was there at 8.15am? Why don't they think Umm this is not ok" and do something to streamline the system. So drove down to Cranford St talked to a couple of lovely guys and all booked in for Monday after work. Think it's cheaper too."

Went for my drivers test here twice. First time I failed, but the second time I passed. I had a man named Nikkil as my testing officer both times. He was very polite and professional, very good place to go for a test, would recommend.

I just passed my restricted test here. I was feeling very nervous due to me failing 2 times prior at a different location. The instructor, Shane, calmed me down and made sure i felt as confident as possible by having conversations with me throughout the test. Shane definitely deserves a raise.
