We are so pleased we chose Element Roofing for our skylights. The service was excellent from start to finish, with a very professional end result. Mark was great, coordinating the whole job, and all coms were timely with plenty of updates if dates needed to be altered.The whole team did a great job and went the extra mile. If we ever want a further skylight or roofing job done we would definitely choose Element Roofing again!

Mark and the team at Element Roofing have been exceptionally helpful, prompt, professional and courteous. They efficiently did a quick repair to a leak in shocking weather and then did an excellent permanent fix after. Great communication throughout. We would highly recommend them!

They were great in the beginning, but then as it was an expensive job they started to lose interest as the cost for me wasn't do able. Communication, not returning calls or doing what they said they would do. Not happy.

Element Roofing is very professional and trustable. We had our roof with asbestos replaced in winter weather and very high wind zone, while we were away. The project manager regularly kept us informed with the progress. They have a good network of contractors for the plumbing, asbestos, scaffolding, skylight, sprouting, etc. So as customer we don’t need to make the connexions. Some expenses can be added a bit to the original quote but all the decisions are clearly explained and lead to an amazing quality roof and skylight.

Great from the start to finish. Brillant communication throughout, from the initial quote, the project manager, the roofers. Had other tradepeople on hand to repair/remove this as they went and let me know before anything extra needed doing. Thank you

The roofing team were fantastic and did excellent work I would have given the company 5 starts but some of the building work (sub contracted ) was not up to the same standard as the rest of the service provided, had to get them back to redo a few thing which was disappointing, having said that they did come back and make it right. all very nice guys professional and friendly.
