Absolutely amazing artist and an even better baker. Tom has made several cakes for me over the years, including my wedding cake and every time I've been blown away with how beautiful they look and how delicious they taste. Can't recommend more highly!!

Tom was easy to deal with and made the most gorgeous cake for a Fabulous 50th birthday party. We were thrilled to see 4 different flavours in our cake (bottom tier red velvet and vanilla, top tier lemon and carrot) which appealed to all members of the birthday party. Thank you Tom for the beautiful cake!

Brinkles Cake Art Tom is the best cake baker!We booked a taste testing with my family to try out the different flavors he offered. It was hard to choose!!He made our Wedding cake a few years ago and i was surprised at how beautifully made it was,Our guests really enjoyed it too!He is amazing, friendly and professional in his work, and also makes tasty favor cookies individually wrapped for weddings/parties.We recently purchased beautiful sugar flowers from him (the second time)and he never disappoints! They look like real flowers and its a bonus they are edible too.Ever since he made our Wedding cake we have continued to order cakes from him ever since.We wouldnt recommend anyone better.Thank you so much Tom!! Your talent is amazing!! We will order from you again soon.

Tom is a true artist and fabulous baker. Our wedding cake was so beautiful and the different cake layers tasted amazing. A year or so later Tom made our retirement cake. He did not disappoint with a fabulous 'trout' fishing creation. We would not hesitate to recommend Tom to anyone who wants a show stopping cake for a special occasion. I have just ordered my birthday cake for a significant birthday. Can't wait to see what it looks like but I know it will be stunning and taste just as good.

Tom and his team did it again. This isn’t the first time our family order a cake from Brinkel’s Cake Art. He never said no, even though I ordered in such a short notice. Through out the year Tom and his team has been creating wonderful and marvellous cakes for all our occasions.I would love to quote what I said to him personally for my latest order which is my son’s 6th birthday.The cake is so fantastic. It is enough to serve the kids + grownups too. My family loves it, especially my hubby and he is normally not into cake. But he’s basically finished the rest of the cake and not leaving any leftovers lol my son is so impressed because the cake represents the game that he loves so much, and I’m a happy Mama… because Tom has helped me make the party merrier with the marvellous cake that he created ^^ thank you so much.

Tom is an amazing baker. He had fit me in last minute. His customer service is top notch. The cake I ordered exceeded my expectation sooo much. The flavours were so delicious, our family were all trying to take a piece home for later. I would highly recommend Brinkels cake. I will definitely be back for future events.

We had our beautiful wedding cake made by Tom and his team and the flavours were absolutely lovely. We wanted a cake that was simple but elegant and two years on, people are still raving about our cake. His icing and design work are a work of art and carried out to perfection. We would totally recommend Tom and his team for any cake you require for a special occasion, and I have since gone back to Tom three times to do various birthday cakes as well. Tom came through again with a last minute order! The cake was delicious (lemon, with lemon curd filling and vanilla buttercream icing), and was thoroughly enjoyed by all. As always, Tom was kind, polite, and very efficient. I highly recommend Brinkel's Cake Art :)
