Severly over priced. Theyve been ripping off a family member for years. They give a form of discount but overprice so much the discoint means nothing. I dont like watching someone getting ripped off and their client is oblivious. They fixed something on my car ages ago and quoted a third more than my regular mechanic. Gross. Taking advantage of people is not a ethical way to make money.

When you move to a new town, it's hard to find the right people to provide the services you need but the guys at A Grade were a very lucky find. They are efficient, communicate well, are helpful and honest and know their stuff. I totally feel I can trust them NOT to rip me off! Congratulations on a well run business.

I have been bringing my vehicles to A Grade Automotive for about 18 months now and I have always been very happy with the service and professorial attitude of the guys on the front desk of customer service. They are mechanical minded themselves so the know what they are talking about and are very knowledgeable and helpful.I highly recommend this place for all of your vehicles needs.

Steer clear if you are female! They will take you for the ride of your life and clean out your wallet at the same time! Have absolutely no customer service and treat people like idiots based on their gender! I'm under strong suspicion that all these reviews are by mates!

Took my car in for scheduled service, wiper fluid not topped up, tyres not blacked god knows what else they haven’t done. I thought I’d give a local business a go but I’ll be sticking to dealerships where there’s quality workmanship

A Grade Automotive is highly recommended!! We were passing through Paraparaumu on our way to the ferry when an engine warning light came on in our Fiat Ducato. It was no problem at all for them to check the fault while we waited and provide excellent advice on how to proceed.
