Used to be so much better in years gone by. Vehicles in better condition and airport transfer prices much more competitive. Over $101 NZD to get from the CBD to the Airport! Won’t be using them on my return.

Have used this company previously, always with satisfaction. Last week I booked a taxi for an early morning appointment, a fee was quoted. My driver arrived early, usually not a problem but it meant I was at my destination before the building was open. I am in my 70s and was dropped at the corner of an unfamiliar road in the dark (6.45am) with the driver pointing out a cafe could wait in.I didn't feel comfortable with that.When I came to pay the amount was about $30 more than the fee stated in my online quote. On querying that I was told that the system is faulty and the fee sent to me was incorrect. After some discussion the driver (who was certainly not friendly or welcoming) gave me change in cash after I had paid the amount he asked for. Overall not a happy customer, disappointed by the decline in Customer Service, unlikely to use them again.

Known company to hog Auckland Airport vectors free public EV chargers. Questionable ethics. Make a decent opinion piece in a news article.

PLY661Drivers here are so dangerous. On phone driving up motorway slowing to 50kmh in 100kmh zone to use the phone. I used to use them regularly. Not these days. Seriously scary

Very dishonest staff. Requested cash from me and over charge me. Lie to clients and police. I can tell from his behaviour and reaction to deal with the police he is a frequent and experienced lier. Will advice best to avoid corporate cap due to staff's dishonesty and take advantage of the company.

Storm cancelled our coach to Hamilton. We had a hire car to pick up and hotels & Hobbiton tickets booked. Booked Corporate Cabs, not the absolute cheapest but responded swiftly with premium limo with 4x4 capabilities to give us a steady ride through, still gusting, winds. Saved the start of our New Zealand leg of our trip. Well worth the price.

Got a corporate cab in Auckland to take me to Ponsonby hotel and the fair was NZ$25 I paid by credit card and didn’t see the amount on the efpos machine asked the driver for a receipt and he said he’ll email.We’ll I never got the receipt and he charged me NZ$50 for a 1,8km fairBe aware of corporate cabs they rip off their customers and don’t care about it

I've used this service before but on this occasion the first driver, didn't speak the whole trip apart from pick up drop off. But did point out the motel at the lights.The 2nd driver back to airport was 100% he was professional from the start. Introduced himself, told me how long the trip would take, asked where I was from etc even knew about what was going on with our city. Even recommended a good place to have a coffee. Would highly recommend this service. You get a text to confirm booking, and 1 when cab has been dispatched, which you can follow live and know when they're pulling up. You get a text to tell you the name of the driver and car and rego, when arrived so you know what to look for. If for some reason you forgot your pick-up time, if you ring it links to your number and you get the information straight away. Highly recommend this service.

Was picked up from Auckland Airport. I went straight to the driver with my name, then introducing myself and went to wait for my luggage. After collecting my luggage, the Taxi driver then walked away, didn’t wait for me or acknowledge me by turning around to see where I was. I was then stuck behind many families travelling and lost sight of the driver. When I finally found him, he looked annoyed and we went to the cab. I put my luggage in the boot. I don’t mind lifting my own luggage. However, being from the country the driver did not smile, acknowledge me or even wait for me. On dropping me off at tel he location got my bag out and left. The most unfriendly, ignorant service I have ever had in Aotearoa. I come from the country but that does not excuse a lack of common courtesy that is totally missing from this service. Would not recommend and will be telling the booking agency that caters for our team to use another company.

Best taxi service! Our flight was delayed and we desperately had to get from the airport to the ferry terminal, although we knew we were cutting it fine. The next ferry was 90 mins later. Our driver was brilliant, drove safely and got us there very efficiently! Happy customers.
