I purchased a leather lounge plus a recliner chair and ordered it with leather fabric. The reason I chose leather was because of it’s durability and lifespan. I also purchased a Gold Care Warranty.After having the chair for 3 years and no children just 2 adults using the lounge and chair the fabric has started to wear on the arms. We contacted the store the furniture was purchased from who made contact with the manufacturer. It’s pretty disappointing that it has been classed as wear and tear after 3 years of ownership and the leather is wearing… I would never recommend this furniture….. leather should last longer then 3 years

nearly 5 year old Serenity recliner 'ratchet' not holding securely. Under warranty (just) & repairman Tony attended yesterday, repairing unit & tweaking companion chair too, which was slightly suspect .. pleasant & efficient. Bravo !
