The guy who served me Nitin was a really nice dude, very helpful and i could tell he was passionate about fitness and supplements. He cared about what is good for me and what wasn't. Nitin deserves great credit because even my friend who i sent to the store got the same reception and hospitality.Thanks Nitin ill definitely be back and ill be committed to being a loyal customer as long as he's at the store

Went in here as a newby, and only knew some brand names, The gent working here - took his time explaining products to me and explained to me how it would help me with my goals, was very intimidated walking in but was in really good hands - so so helpful, Think his name was Nit!!! go see him!

Have been taking my supplements from here since march 2021 and can confidently say that the manager of the store knows how to maintain and take care of his customers! Being a great fitness enthu have been to many different stores to purchase my supplements but the way Nitin treats us is unmatchable! I even take all my pals to buy all their supplementation related stuff from Nitin and will highly recommend everyone to give this store a try! You won’t be disappointed!

The guy was sat on his mobile talking to someone about a wrist sprain at the till and didn’t look like he was going to serve me so I left. Won’t be going back. The phone discussion wasn’t about an eftpos machine in response to the response

The guy had come at Anytime fitness Lorne street. I felt his behavior racist towards me. When I went to try the sample, he asked me if I have a shaker, to which I said no. He didn't offer me a shaker though he already had few on the table to give away ( though he did offer them to other people in front of me)Later on before he packed up, I went to him again, I said I wanna try one, there was one shaker on the table to which he said it was his. But later on when he was wrapping up, I saw packed new shakers with him. I have proof of it. Just to save is $5 shaker, he lied to me that he doesn't have any shaker left even though he had. It's not about the shaker, it's about my self respect, I felt insulted. After coming home I realized I shouldn't had taken those sample packs too so I have returned them at the gym.I think he judged the book by its cover. I don't know why he differentiated, due to gender, me being an indian or for some other reason.I have explained to whole story at anytime fitness Your brand's unfortunate, I was going to buy protien box on the same day so I ended up buying a different brand that my trainer had suggested before the sampling day. In future I would never buy it. I would never recommend it to anyone promise. Good luck with your racist business.

Great customer service at Xplosiv Queen St especially from Daniella. The store had everything I was looking for and they were quick to answer all questions I had. Will be returning as a happy customer. I'd recommend Xplosiv Queen St for all your supplement needs.

I went there at 6:20pm because online it said they close at 7pm. They were closed. I rang and no message explaining it on their answer service. There was forecasted a cyclone for yesterday and today but it never eventuated, surely they didn't close due to fear of a bit of wind and rain.I understand, although the cyclone on Monday ended up being a bit of rain and wind, nothing bad and today it was fine :)After talking to the staff the following day they explained they closed early due to the forecasted cyclone and they wanted to make sure their staff were safe. They are great people and very knowledgeable and helpful.

Wowww such amazing products. We received some yesterday and thoroughly enjoy them. The quality of these products is superb and I really like how vigorous research has gone into the ingredients of these items.
