Heat pump broke over a year ago would not respond to phone calls text had to drive 3 hours twice to get responses had all the excuses a year later took 20 minutes to repair very poor service would not recommend at all stay away from this lot

According to them they changed the water heat coil and Im asking for warranty, sent to many texts but no response. Don't know they changed it or not because they didn't show the faulty one at home.
