Fantastic views, clean and modern!! We stayed at this place for 4 nights and loved it. It has absolutely everything you need for a short or long term stay and is super convenient. It is close to Queenstown hub and anything you need. Only saw the owners briefly, so it is super private but they are very nice. Would happily stay again.

My family and I had a fantastic time at this wonderful property. The views are spectacular and the home so comfortable and inviting. We also appreciated the care and attentiveness we received from Ray and his property management team. We’d happily stay here again when we return to Queenstown.

We had an awesome stay at Luxe Stay Holiday Home, and the view from the property was truly magnificent. However, we did notice that the cleanliness of the home was not up to our standards. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hospitality of the host.

Wonderful accommodation, lots of space and great for a few friends. The views were extraordinary, perfect location in between Franklin and Queenstown which was a short drive. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is helpful for everyone having their own space. If you have a small child/ren, this accommodation is perfect as it has a whole downstairs retreat with all the toys, books and play equipment they would want to play with. Loved this stay!

6-7 mins drive from the centre of Queenstown. Amenities provided as mentioned. Quiet and peaceful area despite being located by the side of a main road. Loved the stunning view of the mountains from the living room and balcony.

We stayed at the premium marina apartment is located right on the edge of lake Wakatipu hosted by Ray. The house is located at the first floor with 3 bed and 3 attached bath rooms which is not generally found in New Zealand, The house has got a very big drawing room looking at Lake Wakatipu. It has got all the amenities like washing machine, dryer, micro oven, Grill, Hobs and many more.Its a great place to stay, it has got car parking near the entry. We stayed there for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the stay.Barun

The home we stayed at in Queenstown was fabulous! Fantastic view, modern and stylish accomodations. Our host was extremely responsive and helped address several requests we had in a friendly and helpful way. This was the best experience we in the 2 months we explored New Zealand. We highly recommend the place.
