Vivo Hair Salon Kingsland

I'm so glad I found Vivo my colour just perfect. and my stylist at Kingsland salon so professional and competent.

I was originally a client at Balmoral Vivo, but due to unforeseen circumstances there, was moved to Kingsland (due to no fault of the stylists). They kept up great communication with me about the changes, and advised me of this well in advance of my appointment.Everyone I've talked with has been friendly and accommodating. My stylist is Rita and I enjoy working with her, because she discusses what to do with my hair and ensures that we are both on the same page before starting the process. I feel comfortable to have these discussions and she's always open to what I want to say. She also let's me know her thoughts on certain requests I might have so that I'm double-y sure that I know what I'm getting myself into - which I appreciate. I always come away loving my fresh look!

I definitely recommend coming to this salon. It was the first time coloring my hair so I came to Shinade to style mine and she did NOT disappoint!We had a consultation weeks before I could get a booking just to make sure that the look I wanted was achievable, which I found very trustworthy.The salon staff were all friendly and welcoming, and took care of me well during my appointment. Shinade did an amazing job of bringing out the colour I was after. Everyone I've come across has loved it!I will for sure be a returning customer.

Had gone in with no prior colouring done to my hair. I met Payal and she sat down and talked with me about how the process was going to work and what the best options were for my desired look. She took so much care and time through this appointment and made me feel very comfortable seeing as it was my first time. She was so friendly and she was so welcoming making sure I felt safe during the process. I had made the choice to colour my hair after having a breakup and really wanted a fresh start. Payal gave me back my confidence and made me feel beautiful, I couldn’t be more happier with the end result!I’ve booked in my second appointment with her and am so excited!!

Kerasilk treatmentI went to Vivo Kingsland hair salon. A month ago. I saw Payal for the treatment. The price was bit expensive but the service was rally good she explained me how the treatment actually works. The treatment is really sinny.Loved the treatment and hospitality provided at Kingsland Hair Salon. Love the environment.

HiIt was my first time at Vivo yesterday and I had my first Kerasilk treatment and also got a standard cut for my bangs.My hair is curly and dry naturally hence why I wanted to try this treatment because I heard many good things.The hair straightening job was not very well done I left the salon with my hair not completely straight and noticed some frizz and curls in my hair when I got home so I had to straighten it myself. I understand my hair is very curly but it’s the stylist’s job to know how to manage it.I asked for a standard medium cut for my bangs but also noticed at home I have two different lengths on each side and the cut does not look very flattering.I’m a little disappointed because this is not the value I expected for the money paid.3 stars for staff welcoming and hosting environment and tools used. But I won’t recommend for curly hair clients

My grandad is bald but came In looking for a haircut and a chat. They sat him down and talked for hours! Truly beautiful people. He's since gone to jail for level 3 tax evasion however he remembers his time here fondly. Thank you ladies beautiful work.

Had my hair done on 12/3/23 by ken. Definitely the best experience for my first time getting it coloured. The colour I had expected was exactly what I wanted. I wasn’t expecting my hair to still be long due to other hair salons cutting my hair way shorter than I wanted when asking for a trim. 10/10 experience. Thanks ken. I love my new look!

If you’re going to Vivo Kingsland, ask for Payal - she’s a total queen! Every time I go she is lovely to talk to and incredible at what she does! If you’re looking for to go blonde especially, she’s your gal. She always keeps the health of your hair in mind and works with you to ensure you leave the salon with a big smile on your face. I’ve been looking for a new hairdresser for some time - it was random good luck to try Vivo in Kingsland! Shinade is such a lovely person and did a great cut and colour. Bree is an awesome apprentice, great washing and massage technique! Thanks ladies for a great experience, will be back for sure.
