Have been shopping at Willow Shoes for 15 yrs. Went to chch store today, two staff working. They were both serving one customer who was paying when I arrived. Not greeted at all. I tried in one shoe and walked a round, never offered the other or any help at all. Left without being spoken to. As I am from out of town it is a destination store for me, last visit I got 3 pairs. Unlikely to go back.

My son and I went to buy a pair of shoes for myself on Thursday 16th of June. The service we received was absolutely fantastic!! NO pressure to buy, she made me feel comfortable, gave lots of options and nothing was a problem. I would highly recommend this store and will definitely be going back again. When this woman got hired, the company struck gold!!.

Good selection of shoes. Not very welcoming. One other customer in store and the sales lady didn’t even say hello to me while I spent 5 minutes browsing and trying on display shoes. That’s just rude!

Excellent service, didn’t have the shoes that I liked in stock (because they were having an amazing 50% boots sale) so went out of there way to have them shipped to me from another store. I am loving the new boots super comfy and look great too.
