We had an awesome experience with natural insulation Northland very helpful and would recommend to all other customers

The product was fine and has so far helped make our house warmer. However, if you are wanting good customer service I would not recommend. When we were scheduling the install date they were very unhelpful in telling us when the installers would arrive and how long it would take. The installers ended up being 2 hours late and messed up our days schedule quite a bit. Also the installers left trash, empty soda cans and scrap pieces of insulation all over our garage. We have also been sent 6 emails with invoices trying to double charge us as we paid half up front and have had no confirmation of the payment. Still trying to sort that out...
