We had a great experience with Simons Floor Design. We became aware of them at the Tauranga Home Show. All the team there were helpful. Matty’s installation went perfectly. He showed up on time and was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Simons Flooring will be my first choice in the future.

Absolutely outstanding service from everyone at Simons flooring.Tracey was a pleasure to work with in the showroom, and at our home.The installers, Paul and Brendon, were prompt, polite, and VERY tidy. A welcome relief from usual tradies"! (Probably luckily for one of them he chose to be a carpet layer and not a singer..... !! )They will be doing three of our houses for now

I automatically go to Simons Flooring now as I have used them several times. I find their customer service first rate and all communication is clear, professional and prompt.The carpet was laid by Paul and Brendan, and vinyl by Thomas. I am very happy with the end product and how tidy they left the house. Everything happened on the day/time as planned and I will continue to use Simons in future without hesitation.
