I normally don't write reviews but I have similar experience to other users. In-store interaction with this guy is the most unfriendly one I had in a long time.

Orded a part for my machine online. Ended up being the wrong part. Hadn't fitted it and asked for a refund. Emailed in with photos of the part amd machine details. This was 6 months ago. Have been into the store on multiple occasions to try find the right part but they just argued withe and said they cannot help as the parts guys is busy up stairs.. too the part I. Thinking that they could help but that was a waste of time. Still no part amd no refund.

I recently ordered a Lelit PL41 to replace our old espresso. Really appreciated the straight up advise and information.These guys gave incredible service! I placed my order vie their website at 2pm and received the machine at 9:45am the next morning in Hamilton.Highly recommended.

Have always had excellent service from Matt. Bought Bezzera Mitica espresso machine last October and have enjoyed great cofffe ever since. Thanks heaps and keep up the great work..

Paid and signed to service Rocket E61Hadn’t been touched or shifted in 10days Reclaimed machine asking for some the money back. Was laughed at. 150 down the drain Find someone else

EMC had serviced our old Rocket and when that finally decided to roll over we took their recommendation and bought a Bezzera Magica. Couldn't be happier. Great advice, great machine and great coffee. Cheers!

I've always had great service ordering parts online and talking to them on the phones, as they have specialist knowledge. Today I had an issue with a part that had failed less than 6 months from purchase and happened to be in the area, so dropped in unannounced. Within 5 minutes my faulty part was replaced and I was on my way. Awesome service, I can't recommend the team highly enough.

Probally the worst service I’ve had from an online site. Ordered parts 2 weeks ago and as yet have not received them or any response to emails about where they are. It’s not that hard to supply products in 2 days in NZ. I got shirts in 4 days from Australia.I would suggest do not buy from these guys unless you are desperate for rare parts.

Not sure about all the 'bad service' reviews here, but I've had nothing but a good experience. I bought a machine here 2 years ago and Matt was more than happy to discuss at length its benefits and show me how to use it correctly, even though far more expensive machines were on offer and within my budget.I recently got my machine serviced, and Matt was once again very helpful, quick to respond to emails, and the machine was well serviced, cleaned and couriered back in well protected packaging within 3 days.Once again I discussed upgrading to a more expensive machine, but he told me it wasn't necessary, as the machine I have is already great for pulling Espresso shots, so its great to see a business owner with some integrity!I even got a complimentary bag of beans sent back with my machine after getting the service!
