This place has changed hands since I lasted visited. Upon entering there were a few tables that had not been cleared. Staff were not busy but obviously clearing tables was not a high priority. One lady made a comment to the owner that her table was messy should she sweep the crumbs on the floor.... and they replied they would wipe the table for her.I had finished eating 15 minutes later and the table had not been attended to.

Sweet little kiwi cafe/eatery. It's pretty kitsch and cool. Decor is from another decade in the best way. Pies are nice and the coffee is hot but good. Nice little spot in Karori.

Ambience is not fancy or flash, however, completely irrelevant when it has an awesome community feel and friendly staff, thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast and coffees, reasonably priced as well
