Greenlane Manor Motel

The hotel is very clean and surprisingly quiet and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It is a 10 minute walk to the train station which is handy for airport and city access. This is an old-fashioned main road classic motel that has been kept fresh, modern and perfectly maintained. There are cafes across the road for a good morning coffee.

Excellent motel, close to everywhere. Surprisingly quiet rooms considering the proximity to the road. Very clean, tidy and large unit, with a good night's sleep. Stayed 2 nights and will say again.

Lovely, spacious room, nice sunroof attached. Pillows were soft and linen wasn't crispy. Very close walk to a nice little playground and food. Staff were very nice, friendly and informative. Great amenities in the room. Surprisingly very quiet, we were in the room right next to the main road and hear very little noise. Highly recommend and would stay again

Came up for the aborted Elton John concerts and managed to get on here hor a couple of nights. We were warned before booking that the unit faced main road. The unit was great, clean, spacious, with everything you could want. Road noise was negated by double glazing and staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again

Really friendly service, very accommodating even though we arrived a bit early, clean room and a complimentary bottle of milk. Only downside was the shower is fixed instead of a hose type but good water pressure and shower gel provided in the shower. Very handy for Chinese Visa Office. Thanks for a very pleasant stay!

My husband and I stayed here for only one night but we were very impressed with the service, cleanliness and overall vibe. Very handy to all ammenities. Would definitely stay again.

One of the best places we stay at for work. Rooms are super clean and staff are friendly. It's also central so shops are relatively close by too.

A great little motel where one would not expect.Shown to our room which to my dismay was right on the front over looking the Great South Road and all its traffic in glory. I could not have been more mistaken and very pleasantly surprised, as due to the construction, the room was very quite and we had a great nights sleep. The room was very tidy, roomy and blacked out so no annoying early morning sun.The host was fantastic as she was raised in the area and able to point us in the direction to some great eateries. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk to Ellerslie township which hosts a great Irish pub and a couple of cafes the next day for breakfast. On the way to the township is the train station which can take to many destinations in Auckland. How I would describe the host she treated us like a long lost friend or family.Would I recommend staying here definitely YES. ( Secretly NO as next time it may be booked out! )

If you are visiting the ASB show ground, this is where you want to stay. Great family run business with traditional high quality service and professionalism. The rooms are the cleanest and most comfortable I have ever come across.
