Excellent Salmon Frittata and Gluten Free Friand.The normal scones, sausage rolls and sandwiches looked lovely.

Small cooked food menu - this made it easy to make a selection. Great cabinet selection for lighter fare with yummy scones, sandwiches, muffins, and scrolls. Excellent chai and hot chips. Waffles were good too (but tasted like store-bought waffles), and scrambled eggs were a bit runny. A wee bit cramped inside with not much room to navigate between tables. Everything beautifully presented, lovely atmosphere with the sun streaming in.

First time dining at the Bishopdale cafe. Friendly staff, great service and beautifully presented and tasty food. My only one concern is the cafe is very noisy, it was two thirds full when we were there.

Just popped in to Cocoa Black in Bishopdale for a scone & coffee and WOW what a wonderful cafe, great range large , tastiest scones I've ever had, pop in and give this place a go you won't regret it

First time visiting Cocoa Black today.The staff were fantastic , great service. I had a hot cheese scone and a hot chocolate. I must say that is the best cheese scone I have ever had.I will definitely be back.

I've been there many times, always fascinated by fried chicken,my children like it very much,very good coffee,very enthusiastic staff and take good care of my children!
