Amazing customer service, super fast shipping and great people to deal with. I received an incorrect product so sent an email with my complaint, it was replied to within an hour with the issue resolved immediately due to being a website issue on their end, and even letting me keep the original product with a few stickers with the new light bar as compensation. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough

HIGHLY RECCOMENDED! - most honest, and professional 4x4 store in Auckland. Josh is awesome to deal with. I would highly recommend dealing with them. Don't go anywhere else as the workmanship and quality of install jobs here is second to none.

I couldn't speak highly enough of the NZ Offroader crew. From the owners to the shop staff there is a consistent friendly, knowledgeable, responsible, polite and happy to help attitude. I've bought many things of them, suspension lift, recovery gear, accessories and I've never been disappointed.These guys are local, they create events, try to bring new products and even stick their necks out when there are issues regarding 4wd access to try to keep it open and civil for everyone to enjoy.With a shop like this giving so much to the offroad community why shop elsewhere?

I highly recommend Richard and the team at NZ Off Road.Hubby brought his 4wd into the shop to look at decreasing the lift kit from 4 inches to 2 inches - they looked at the vehicle and quoted us the same day.It was booked in to be done - and discovered that the rear shocks and bushes needed replacing.The team contacted us immediately and got it done the same day as the original work.Very informative and accomodating, great service and workmanship. Great at keeping us in the loop with costs and how everything was going.Also really good and competitive prices.We will be back for any work that needs doing in the future.

The guys went out of their way to fabricate a snorkel and in a really short time frame. They know their stuff and great to deal with. Surprisingly good pricing too compared to other shops around Auckland.Thanks for the tidy job, highly recommended

Awesome bunch of guys to work with. Had a pile of gear on order from them but ended up having to cancel due to personal circumstances. Richard was great to deal with and quickly got the refund process underway. Would highly recommend them and I'll 100% be back once I've got my ducks lined up again.
