I purchased a charger for my phone which I took into the shop with me, the first charger didn't work so the guy got another charger out, quickly plugged it in and then sold it to me. I didn't see it charging and wrongly assumed that it was working. I got home and plugged new charger into the phone - didn't charge. I went in to return it today and asked for my money back.... but alas I was told they don't refund they only replace the goods. Really very disappointing as I like to support local business but not those who knowingly sell things to customers that don't work and when customer returns it they say no refund only replace" - that is pure deception to me. Needless to say that I won't ever be shopping there again."

When every other company would not even look at the job or consider trying to rescue all the photographs and information. This company did. I'm not very tech savvy I had not protected my password , and the whole issue was my own fault.But Honey was the only person who said he would try to rescue the info etc.He successfully did that.I would recommend NZ Electronics to anyone. I had a great experience with NZ ELECTRONICS REPAIR - Silverdale. They repaired my PC and provided excellent service. The screen repair they did was impeccable, and I couldn't be happier with the result. They also took care of a battery repair issue that was draining my PC's power. The staff was professional and knowledgeable in dealing with software problems. I highly recommend them for any PC repair or data recovery needs.

Complete scam. They installed a faulty screen on my son’s XR - you could even see bubbles under the screen. It got worse and worse till he took it back and it was out of the 90-day warranty. They said because it had been dropped and showed a tiny dent on the edge that it wasn’t a warranty issue. Then replaced the screen for $120. The new screen didn’t work after one day, and when my son went to take it back after school they refused to honour the warranty because there was a tiny scratch on the glass where he had put it in his pocket along with the charger. Don’t ever get your phone repaired here. They don’t know what they are doing and have scammed a kid out of $350 with faulty products.

Quite possibly the worst customer service ever experienced. Wouldn't even give them a one star if I could avoid it. Zero communication over the course of the first week, popped in after 8 days to check on progress, only to be told he will phone with updates. Second week zero communication AGAIN. Went in again to see the progress only to find out the job was indeed completed just hadn't bothered to call with an update. Really did not appreciate the service received especially considering the customer has to pay before the job is accepted! Honestly just go anywhere else!
