Excellent hidden gem in Hamilton Murray and Kath are lovely people who know how to cook up a great breakfast, offer a comfortable modern unit with all you need for your breakaway.Highly recommend this property.

Terrible experience!Firstly the ad did not state at all that we would be staying directly above the owners living area- we could hear every word they spoke. Also, we advised them that we came for a business exhibition show and needed to rest.. that did not stop them from making a noise up until midnight slamming plates etc. whilst we were trying to sleep. Breakfast was average and nothing special. Overall I've had way better experiences at cheaper places.

Charming, modern little place. Note that it's tiny-- best for couples, even if it does technically sleep three. And the hosts do a wonderful breakfast.

So relaxing, comfortable and a wonderful location. Rooms clean, tidy and modern. Breakfast was delicious and very friendly service. I brought my 10 year old along and she loved it!

What an absolutely beautiful spot. We arrived to beautifully clean rooms that had been prewarmed with the heat pump. The beds were comfortable and warm, the breakfast was delicious and the little walk we took along the river before leaving was gorgeous. Great hosts!
