I visited around 1:45pm on a Tuesday to renew my license. Rather surprisingly there was no queue! There was a slight wait of 10mins while the staff finished serving the two customers at the counter and then I was seen. Natasha processed my application quickly and efficiently. She was very friendly and made a point of using my name when asking questions. Excellent service!

Went there for my drivers license conversion and theory test. All done in less than 1hr. Wendy and Natasha are friendly and helpful, amazing service from them. Thank you all the Dunedin AA team for making my 3 hours driving from Twizel a worthy experience.

My experiences with AA have always been great. One particular receptionist lady is very patient and helpful. A year ago, I went in to book the theory test. And when I had to do the eyesight test I couldn't read any letters. I got really panicked (I have prescription glasses but don't need it most of the times). The lady then calmly told me, That's okay
