We had a leak on the pipework from the hot water cylinder which turned out to be just two fittings that needed to be slightly tightened. One was tighten on the first visit and I tightened the other one as we were going into a weekend and couldn't wait for the plumber to come back. No leaks after that. Plumber turned up late the following week even though he really wasn't needed to just check there were no more leaks (He had rung first to say he needed to do a compression test which wasn't true as he didn't do one). We were charged for 2 hours 50mins $258.75 for the two visits, for just tighten up one fitting and a 12 minute drive from Richmond. We paid the bill but we will NEVER employ them again.

We felt you went to great lengths to get the rather unique cartridge for our laundry mixer. You listened to us. You made arrangements to get the part for us and contacted us as soon as it arrived. All in all, a very pleasant and successful interaction.

Fantastic service - Super friendly, clean and tidy. We had a leaking sink - came and repaired the job on the same day. Advised the drains were a little blocked and even came back a week later to put down more drain cleaner to ensure everything is still working well and the drain is well cleared. Once the job was finished he even left everything clean and tidy - we literally did not have to do anything. Quick, professional and friendly service - 5 stars!! :)

Can't speak highly enough of this company and Joel in particular! He really went 'above and beyond' when our hot water cylinder sprang a massive leak and couldn't have been more helpful, even hanging out our sodden towels while we were out at work! Brilliant!

Great service, friendly tradesman

Good service, easy to arrange/book and competient plumbers come to carry out the work. We've never had any issues and the experience is overall excellent.

Toilet install. Follow up on faulty seal in that toilet (very slow leak). Also install internal water supply On/Off valve with presure limiter. Friendly and timely.

Firstly, the reception staff were fantastic. We phoned with a serious mains water leak and they organised someone to come out to us that same day, phoning back to confirm arrangements. Thank you for your time :) Then one of the guys turned up and sorted it all out - seeing it through til it was all done! Great service guys. Thank you all very much. You are stuck with us as customers now!!
