They used to be in the center of tauranga but moved here when their lease ended. The store is set out well, and if they don't have what you want, they will certainly try to get it for you. We were heading overseas and needed an item that was out of stock, but they got it couriedfrom their wellington store. Helpful friendly staff and plenty of parking available

Broke my ankle and in a moon boot for 6 weeks finding it very difficult to mobilise with crutches. A friend suggested I try and hire a knee scooter so I phoned around the local centres. Mobility Centre Tauranga offered the cheapest deal at $25/week, had one in stock and ready for me to collect in no time at all. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!

Ample offstreet parking in Devonport Road, Tauranga. Large selection of mobility aids for all situations & I was impressed by the extremely helpful & friendly staff. A very satisfying experience.

Initially a great experience & staff member who served us appeared to friendly & obliging.That’s where the service ended. A phone call was promised to inform when the item would be available but alas this did not happen. A message left on the shop answer machine received no response. When shop was contacted they denied all knowledge of original agreement & message on machine.Not good

This company can not be too highly recommended. There products are as best as money can buy. I bought a scooter from them but it was the wrong item for me. Sales service before & after can not be faulted. The company graciously allowed me to have the item returned to them & made matters as easy as possible. In my opinion, 12 stars out of 10
