We have had a service agent out a couple of times, and each time they have been efficient, pleasant to deal with and made the repair effectively. They are also excellent at suggesting when you could do the work simply yourself and so only pay for the part.All in all I thoroughly recommend them and we will continue to use them when an appliance needs repair.

Great team. Technician worked quickly and was knowledgeable.Subsequently called about a washing machine issue and booked an appointment. Before the appointment I was called and given some advice which resulted in not needing an appointment after all. I appreciate that integrity and will definitely use them again.

The serviceman himself did a great job however have found dealing with the admin rude and frustrating.They never responded to my emails or to my calls and when I did speak to them they were rude.Also charged an $80 fee for travel when I had to wait for a day when there was a workman in my area completing 3 other jobs...

Just before Christmas my freezer broke down. The team at BOP Appliances were very responsive, and helped me get another new freezer (replacement from Samsung). Communication was top, and they were punctual. Thank you for the great service.On top of that, they took away the old freezer and all packaging from the new. Their fast service saved all our food. All in all, a smooth experience and a happy customer.

My tenant advised some hobs were not working on the bench top stove. I made an arrangement over the phone with BOP Appliance Servicing to take a look and provide a quote. Instead, they did the job and sent me the bill. When I contacted them stating the agreement was for a quote only, I was told the tenant said it was okay to fix it and I should instead have a word with them. I reminded them the agreement was made with myself, not the tenant and that I was paying the bill, not my tenant. I was then told if I didn't want the work done they would go in and undo it. I received no apology and was treated like I was the one being awkward. I followed up again and received an e-mail with an attachment of the conversation history. There was no message in the body of the e-mail and when I asked if they meant to write something, I was ignored again and instead received another copy of the invoice. In short, they did not stick to the arrangement made and the customer service was nothing but appalling. I would not recommend anyone use their services.

We called them and asked for a quote and they said that they sent someone to our house to look at the model number of our cooktop and then they sent us an invoice in which they stated that we have to pay 97$ because someone came to our house and looked at the model number.Although it just took him 5 mins for that.We then asked them that why didn’t they tell us beforehand that we have to pay 97$ if they will send someone to give us the quote,then instead of apologising they blamed us by saying that it was our duty to ask.On top of that, their manager was very rude lady.She doesn’t know how to speak to customers. She was extremely rude and speaking in high tone.Please guys don’t go to them.
