Absolutely love my beautiful sauna - no frills, 3 seater - looks super slick in the corner of the garage with a little carpeting around it. Selina and Nikki turned up to install - 2 powerhouse women - loved hearing about their stories that led them to Found Space and suggestions for the sauna. It's a dream to turn on some calming music on the bluetooth and wind down my day in the Found Space Sauna.

Nikki in Auckland was awesome, we were driving to Auckland on a Saturday and called her as we had literally only just searched for a showroom that sold saunas whilst driving, she wasn't at work however agreed to meet us on site in an hour. Had she not done this then I would say most likely we would not have purchased from found-space as we were seriously considering buying a competitor brand. Also Selena was wonderful to deal with. Full compliments to the NZ team :) love, love, love, my sauna:)

A seamless process beginning to end. The team at Found Space were knowledgeable, helpful and looked after us. We've had our 4 person sauna installed on the deck at our apartment and it looks fab, works like a dream and we've never felt better.

Awesome product, with people who care about your experience of buying and -mainly - enjoying it afterwards. Everything about the process was timely and really well communicated. Super efficient install. We’re loving the sauna and the difference it is making in the family.

I love their products, my parents have back, neck and knee pains. they have very positive comment after used it. especially in a winter time. very easy and safe to use. all products suit most of family situations. we can put it anywhere inside of the house, due to lack of space, we bought a single person one, no renovations taken. simple to install too. Bruce introduced products patiently and friendly. Miriam organised to delivery it on site the day after, I am so impressive the service they provided to us.

From start to finish, these guys were fantastic. Nikki was super helpful right from our first contact over the phone, went above & beyond to fit in a time for us to see & trial the sauna. Her expertise, knowledge & kindness were appreciated.Miriam took over once we made the decision to move ahead and again, just amazing, prompt replies to emails and really friendly over the phone.The install team, Alex & co made things super easy, arrived on time and set everything up without any drama.100% recommend this company, even if you’re just entertaining the idea of a sauna, chat to these guys!Thanks team! I am absolutely in love with my Found-Space Infrared Sauna. Firstly, it's beautiful. It's the highlight piece of my wellness studio. Having upgraded from a single person sauna to the 3-person Lite with Found-space, I now get to comfortably share my health-promoting sauna experience with friends! We now host wellness nights at our home!
