Really enjoyed my stay, the room was cozy, bed was super comfy and it was spotless when I arrived. Location is great, central to town and friendly owners. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean, well-appointed. Everything I needed. Only slight downside was that there was no aircon but there was a fan in the room and that did the job. Good location, onsite parking and restaurants very close.

Very well presented Motel in a great location.This is our “go to” accommodation when in Dunedin. Always impeccably clean and well presented.I stay in motels up and down the country and this motel is as good as any I have stayed in at this price point.See you next time !

Could not fault, brilliant location, very clean and the best motel in Dunedin. Booked two rooms travelling with family over 2 nights, and loved it. Very nice cafe next door to motel and only minutes to a row of restaurants. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone.

I've stayed here a week ago while travelling for work. It has a great location with clean & well maintained rooms. Will definitely use this motel again.

Lovely-lovely staff! Owners are very helpful and accommodation is comfortable as well as stylish. Renovated in 2019(2020?) That I really enjoy. They have a collab with the cafe next door to do a breakfast delivery service - very reasonably priced also!!
