Take long to reply or didnt reply, poor communication. Got told that we are the number one pick for a property and that the agreement was being put together, then they processed to ignore calls, texts and emails. Would give zero stars if possible.

I only have positives to say about Vicki and her team. Professional and dedicated! They always go the extra mile! Communication is prompt and efficient!

Vicki has been our Property Manager for many many years. She is a very responsive communicator and a highly driven professional. A recent tenant remarked to me how lovely Vicki was and that she was very motivated to find a new rental for them.As landlords who take pride in our properties we are always assured that Vicki and her team continually find us the perfect tenants.

I have found Vicki, Nicola and Yavanna to be a thoroughly professional and dedicated team who have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them!

Extremely uncommunicative and poor service. We were advised we were shortlisted for a property and received no further information. Attempts to contact the letting agent or agency were ignored completely. I'm sure if I was a landlord wanting to list my property with them it would be an entirely different story. Perfectly illustrates how dehumanizing iand humiliating it is being a renter in this country and the only recourse I have is writing a scathing review on Google.

(EDIT-I've contacted you in the past about number 9 Phar Lap, I see you checked them today I assume from seeing your car down Phar Lap, that would explain why they moved all the wrecks etc, earlier this week.)If you want you're home turned into a drug pad, this is the company to deal with, not only are we getting police visiting the neighbors property at the least once every 2 weeks, had one arrest a couple of days ago, cars coming and going all day and night and using the property to store numerous vehicles, plus they must opened a mechanics next door working on cars and trucks...not to mention the van they cut in half the other day. Last tenant before tried to also dispose of PC parts and a pc monitor over the back fence onto the railway property.This company don't care about you're property, just the money coming in.
