This company is amazing! They replied to my emails almost instantly and fulfilled my order for an emergency Santa outfit required for a daycare centre. They shipped the outfit straight away (late afternoon) from Wellington and it arrived the next day by lunch time in Auckland.The outfit was as pictured and a good quality. Have ordered from this store twice! Each time I have ordered there has been an issue. I usually just put things down to human error and forget it. But after them sending me a rude email for their mistake I feel their customer service needs improving. Before sending an aggressive email for your mistake I would appreciate if you sent and email asking politely if I had couriered the return bag back you sent me. Because as you didn’t respond to my email to advised you had sent the replacement, I shouldn’t have to email to state this has been dropped at the post office. A simple hi just wondering if this has been done. Instead of “we would appreciate it if you could send back the shirt in the bag we provided”. Won’t be back for a third time! Have learnt my lesson and will go elsewhere instead of giving you the benefit of the doubt.
