The staff are great, helpful & genuinely interested in recommending sounds that they think you will like.The website is easy to use & a track from an album is always attached as a taste!!!Whilst I was I’ll, these guys bought light & music to my life, when I most needed it. I choose not to use another supplier, they have ordered records in for me, & Matt, Hunter & Sophie, esp have been really kind to me, as well as understanding that I have very diverse & eclectic taste.

Really happy with the communication! My vinyl was coming from overseas which understandably took a while, but as soon as it made it to NZ it was straight to me. Great prices and it was beautifully safely packaged. Hoping I will get to go to the shop in person one day!

Terrible customer service. They don't want to help you when you phone them up. It feels like you are asking them to do something really difficult when all you want to know is if a particular item is in stock.Twice I've ordered online with them, only for my order to be delayed weeks even though the item was marked in stock".I just don't bother with these guys anymore. There are far better managed and stocked record stores in New Zealand.It says "free shipping" on their website but all the prices of the LPs already have the freight cost added on top which makes them much more expensive than any other store in store."

i was visiting new zealand to see a friend and found this place randomly. not a super big store, but they have such a great collection of vinyl. got some records and they will always be linked to the time, the love, the energy i felt here in auckland...thank you so much.
