Really responsive communication and excellent work. Took photos of the problems to show me because roof access is difficult. Replaced screws and checked for water tightness. Communicated the best option for fixing my chimney which is no longer in use in an old bungalow and did a tidy and effective job with the solution. Nothing was ever a problem to discuss in a phone call or email which is reassuring when you don't know anything about roofs. A few different roof issues to deal with but no job seemed too big or to small and worked well around weather and Covid-19 disruptions. Good pricing.

Quick response to start with, actually got job started the next day. HOWEVER, the phone conversation was pain, you would have had a better phone so that at least i could hear what you were saying. Then got quote saying he would be doing this and that but ended up not doing one of the main jobs- re chipping, Though admin lady apologized that was her mistake but refused to renegotiate the quote( i had no other options since i was running out time). Overall painting was good, but without rechipping the tile, it looks very shabby in a sunny day.So make sure to go through the quote and check what actually they would be doing before making any decision.

We were very blessed to have Wellington Roof Painting work on our house. We had multiple quotes from reroofing to straight forward painting and this was only company that actually inspected the roof thoroughly and came up with a detailed plan. They repaired and restored the roof and my brother in law who is a roofer in another city was impressed with the quality and care of the work.
