Hardly any hot food at lunch time. Not the best customer service, wouldn't say welcoming or friendly. Coffee was terrible. Muffin was dry and seemed old and might of been in there for days even though it cost close to $6.

BP Levin - Best experience ever!! Staff member Moeke went above and beyond to reunite me with a personal item I had left in the restroom. His actions have totally restored my faith in mankind and I am eternally grateful to not only Moeke but the whole team at BP Levin for their excellent service & customer experience.

Disgusted by the service, usually love getting my coffee from a BP. Have never been here before today, ordered my coffee on the app as I was passing through and didn’t have time to wait. Didn’t once call my name, left my coffee get cold for 15 minutes as I stood right in front of the counter then got stared down as I picked it up. I know this is Levin but do better.

BP Connect Levin. When most of the pumps are pre pay pumps, have more than one staff member working . Insult to injury to have to wait >15 minutes to get the expensive commodity, that is petrol, in to the car. If there are more drive-offs, put staff back in the forecourt

Very poor and disappointing standard of service. Pump wasn't working but i was just left there , had to walk in and enquire , person smiled and glibly said that previous person had done something with a card ? Took me 20 minutes to get my fuel and waited in line twice. No apology just an attitude of so what you don't count. BP you need to get back to the old NZ ways of politeness and friendliness.

I’m insanely disappointed to see there was no pies available on my stop through levin. “We need to go beyond petroleum”? How about you stock your pie warmer to accommodate those who are on the road around the clock. What kiwi pit stop doesn’t have pies??? I’m disgraced at this service

Ellemay may be the worst cashier I have ever been served by, couldn’t care less. And made an awful coffee. None of the employees care, rude to everyone.
