Vending Direct Ltd

Poor maintenance, always faulty. Don't use them much, but I already had 3x where it did not release the item.

We've been using vending direct at our CrossFit gym for over a year, it's been a great for us as it requires next to no input from us, it's stocked regularly with drinks and snacks our members like, and we get a nice commission at the end of every month.

I really enjoy my engagements with Vending Direct - the people and the service. The company has done a superb job providing essential services especially through the trying times of the past 18 months in and out of lockdown - all with consideration and care.I really appreciate the way the team is constantly looking for new and exciting products that focus on our health and wellbeing, with around the clock convenience.Vending Direct has moved way beyond chips, chocolate and cola.

If I can give zero star! I usually do not rant because I am a customer rep as well. BUT this customer service lady are horrible! I think management should talk to her and sort it out if she has a problem in life and not putting her horrible attitude into customers OR might change career!

Called CS and an old lady answered my call. I just want a refund where the machine did not dispense the items i bought weeks ago. Now this CS lady was grumpy as if it was the day of her menopausal and to think it was friday, she was shouting at me whenever I ask to repeat what she said. can't understand what she talking and i think she's hyperventilating that time. i just tried to calm as i understand her but her rude and unethical attitude is unacceptable as if it was my fault that your vendo machine sucks. i've asked her what to do next but she left me hanging like forrest gump on an island with wilson.

Has anyone had a security issue with their website before? Because I did. I went to contact them as I’m looking for a vending machine to buy. The next thing I know, money has been taken out of my account. $3.99, but still. I went to call them about this issue and whoever does customer service was getting mad the whole time. Sounded like she was just sick of her job. She kept telling me that I was wrong. Of course, I became frustrated and was explaining to her that their must have been a data leak. She got even more annoyed when I showed her the proof that they had taken money out of my account. Afterwards, she said we’ll contact again and they never did. I shut down that account and switched banks just in case. But man, someone needs to replace her!

Great machine and a massive hit at Anytime Fitness Silverdale.Regularly stocked and happy to take flavour requests for certain Pre workouts etc. 10/10
