Great shop but Zero customer service.Everyone was busy looking up their phone. No one to talk to. We walked out of the store in like 10 minutes flat.

Needed an USB cable (USB 2 to mini-B) with an older connector for my old Canon camera. They were knowledgeable enough to help me find the correct cable needed.

I had to pick up click and collect order from this store for my work. There is a convenient parking building only one street up near the Katmandu - I don't recommend trying to get street parking in this area. The staff were very prompt at getting my order to me. The store seems well laid out with a good range of products. They have helpful staff. It is located on the ground floor of a large old building.

Probably one of the worst PB Tech's I have been to. The staff are selective about who they want to help. Every single time that I have been to this store, there was no help from the staff. You get a really racist vibe from this store. I have noticed that when a Caucasian or Asian walks in, the staff immediately go to them to provide assistance whereas an Indian like me or people from other ethnicities don't get the same treatment. We get ignored most of the time. Not once have I been approached for assistance at this store and when I have sought assistance, I was told they are busy.

This is the tech solution store for New Zealand, from parts to processors they have it all. This shop is over two floors, first floor is all the commercial products such as charge cables, lights, cameras phones etc., while the second floor is more computer parts, printers and cartridges, TV's and more. From Apple to Samsung, from Mi to Google. They pretty much stock most items you could think of, and more than a few you probably hadn't. Top tip here is to order online and then pick up in store; conveniently they have a range of stores scattered across NZ. Prices are reasonable, with cash" discount in store. Only bug bear is the 2.5% credit card levy. Otherwise from hobbyists to engineers this place is worth visiting

went in to get something for myself as it's my birthday! i knew the chance was pretty high i'd have rude customer service as i've spent thousands there in the last couple of years so know from experience. everything was looking good i got someone to help me find my item, thought awesome no ones gonna make me feel bad on my birthday. went to the checkout and the girl with the kitty headphones was so rude, i made payment and she looked at me with the most sour face she could muster and spit out the words have a nice day! totally not suited to customer service. 2 stars because when you do that to a customer every time they use their item they will remember how it made them feel to buy it (not good) i was so tempted to go straight back in and return it but then i would've had to deal with her again and made my birthday even worse!. they have good discounts but i totally recommend spending the extra 6 or 7 dollars to just get it delivered. though it may be the last time i shop there.
