Flooring Design New Lynn

We recently got new flooring at the Pharmacy. Joe was amazing - his experience and guidance was excellent during the entire process. It was something we were really putting off getting done but Joe made it simple and quick. We love the new flooring and get so many compliments about it. We highly recommend Joe for your next project.

Very good experience with Joe and Flooring Design New Lynn. He kept us well informed throughout. It was clear that we would have to prep for carpets to be installed or charged extra. Install by 3rd party is very good finish. Skirtings stayed in good condition. We need to trim doors but that was made clear too. All round very happy with service and recommended carpets.

We contacted Ken at short notice, he came by our house the next afternoon to have a look and measure up, then we went back to the warehouse to discuss our options. Gave some great recommendations, great range of products and had everything installed to an excellent quality and quickly by his team for a good price. After trying other retailers Joe managed to find the un-findable and I finally got the floor I wanted. The job was planned promptly, kitchen and hall are looking fabulous. Joe sorted out the smaller details with the installer and even checked in on his day off. Overall a great job and I would recommend!

Joe has been an amazing man to deal with from start to finish.He guide us all the way from choosing the best design and colour that would suit our home and gave us the best price that’s within our budget.We went to visit his shop and all the staff are very accommodating and very helpful. They showed us a lot of options and he even allowed us to take home few samples. We get very confused which one would look good then Joe came to the rescue; he visited our property to have the measurements and not only that, he helped us choose which colour and design would best suit our floor. Thank goodness we believe in him coz we just LOVED OUR NEW FLOOR.We really appreciate Joe’s patience and understanding all throughout the process.
