This place is great... If your business doesn't operate on the weekends.Second time our unit has stuffed up and not worked, and positive systems won't answer their phones.Not cool guys .not cool at all.

I was a little skeptical at first - I'd never hired an eftpos machine before and didn't know what to expect. But Positive Systems were super helpful and friendly! I got the machine the day after I requested it and it worked faster and the charge lasted longer than machines my friends had hired. Emails were replied to promptly and all my (probably silly) questions answers professionally. I didn't think having an eftpos machine would make a big difference, but most of our sales came from it. It was also lighter and easier to use than expected. I absolutely recommend them and will def hire from them again!

Jumped in the deep end for a event, not knowing how to use one or anything about the eftpos system. Person i dealt with was helpful, delivery of unit was fast and instructions to use it where clear. Will definitely be using them again and recommend them for others.

I'm setting up a new business and I am pleased that I found Positive Systems. I was impressed by the fact that they were prepared to put their prices on the web while most of their competitors don't. I ended up purchasing both a till and an EFTPOS machine from Chris who was extremely knowledgeable about both the products and ways I could save cost. The product arrived quickly, well packed and with complimentary paper rolls for the machines. I have since spoken to Chris since the purchase as I had a few questions and at all times he has been helpful and professional. I am happy to recommend Positive Systems if you are looking for EFTPOS or shop tills. Graham

Hired a temporary Eftpos machine for an event. They advised which machine would suit me, which was great helpful. The hiring process was simple, the machine was easy to use. Would love to hire the machine from them again.
