Amazing place to get your keys cut! I went there today to get a key for my Honda to get cut, they not only figured out the code to my key but they also got the key cut perfectly.It worked like a charm. They were kind, friendly and gave good advice before I left the store. They were also willing to rectify any issues in case the key didn't work. But it did the very first time.Best impression I've got from any business I've tried recently.Thanks to the team there!

I had rang Ian at Manukau Lock & Alarm Ltd for a price for a spare key & chip for a Chrysler PT Cruiser & the price for a new key plus cutting the key is $95.00 which I thought it is a reasonable price & I be getting it done through Ian at Manukau Lock & Alarm as soon as I get the money to get the new key & Chip & having it cut through Ian & to have this done elsewhere it would have cost me a real large some of money which would never able to afford as it was too Bloody expensive as I'm retired & that's why I have given Manukau Lock & Alarm Ltd 5 out 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ Kind Regards Peter

It says 24hr service help for alarm systems but last night I called at 8.15 because my alarm was going off throughout the whole night. I called the messaging team my issue they said they’ll send a message to the technician to give me a call. I called the messaging team about 3 or 4 times. The isn’t much that they can do besides send messages to the technician.It’s now the next day and no one has given me a call. Luckily my partner found the fuse for the alarm or else he would have needed to rip it out of the wall or something but he found the fuse and took it off or else my whole neighbourhood wouldn’t have gotten rest.

Loved it. Lost my key for my ebike. They were awesome Left my bike during weekend 2 get a new key cut. Picked bike up voila NEW replacement key all sorted. Very cool reasonable price. Loved it

Ian is AWESOME! Honest, fast, reliable service, they even came to double check a problem I had which I thought had to do with the key (turns out it was electrical problem) and then referred me to Manukau auto electrical and there just as great! Thanks guys totally recommend! ☺️

Awsome service I have an old Nissa Atlas with dimple key for my box. Not only did he figure out how to make me a key compared to many that declined, he did this with a smile and provided excellent service. Will highly recommend.

Great service and support with an alarm upgrade and parts for an electric gate remote. Also returned for window lock replacements and dead bolt installation. Easy to schedule an appointment at a time that suited me and now feel a lot more safe and secure at home. Highly recommend.
