Refused a gas bottle even with 2 workers on @ 6pm tonight. My understanding is they only can’t swap a bottle if there’s only 1 worker on but there was 2. Stop being lazy

Not a good BP to visit. The staff is ill trained and very slow.Your might end up being there at the store for almost 30 minutes just for a cup of coffee

Only used the car wash service, below average washing, bugs weren’t be cleaned, prices are only getting higher but qualities are stinking.

Don't ever try buy coffee from this place unless you have 45 minutes up your sleeve.

Been standing here for at least 15 minutes at 7:45pm. The guy was here when I pulled up and then disappeared before I got to the night pay window. (By the way, why is it the night pay window at 7:45pm?). 5 cars have come and gone in that time.

I was waiting outside the nightpay for at least 10 mins while the guy who worked there was talking to a work mate. There were 3 of us waiting to be served and it wasn’t until I went around the corner and told them we were waiting to be served. He then said they don’t sell iced coffee which was clearly a lie, I then asked for a hot coffee and he said “oh we actually don’t do coffee at all”. Worst bp I’ve been too, would recommend hiring new staff.

Like most of the people have already rated and reviewed, this is a terrible BP store ever I have visited in my life.The staff are ill trained and do not have good customer relations.Recently I had to visit the store twice to get my refund of $200, which they refused to make.There are other wonderful BP stations in Hamilton where the staff is absolutely brilliant.

11 15am no water in can for windscreen. Brushes rubber broken. I use this service on a regular stop went inside ask if could get cans filled got told when we can. quiet surprised as I was only customer in service station.
