Dan is amazing with communication and getting a heat pump installed very quickly. He got it done for us before the summer heat hits. He also had the best quotes :) He also gave us recommendations for the other room which couldn't have a heat pump installed because of the awkward window. He knew his stuff and gave us lots of advice. Very kind man, definitely will recommend to others.

Dan did a great job fixing our heatpump doing it how it should be done after it started giving off a sour smell! He disessembled the heatpump and gave everything a good clean including the coil, fan and drain.He knows his stuff. See you next year for my yearly clean!

Dan the Aircon man was amazing! When our Mitsubishi dehumidifier wasn't working properly I thought here we go what are the chances of finding someone capable, fairly priced and genuine who's not going to muck us around. I googled Mitsubishi authorised repairers and chose Dan the Aircon Man based on his reviews. I'm so glad I did as Dan was friendly, knowledgeable and explained the most likely scenarios and costs. He was flexible in meeting us with collection and drop off. Issue was exactly what he predicted and so was the quote. The repair was done quickly and with excellent customer service. I can't recommend him highly enough. If we ever need an Aircon guy again Dan's the man.

Absolutely amazing find, fantastic service appreciated

Called Dan in the morning and he came the same day to diagnose the problem we had with our heat pump that was not working. After a fast and accurate diagnosis he found one of the printed circuit boards to be faulty. He ordered a replacement board while on site, picked it up and installed it the next day. Professional job and Dan is a very friendly and polite guy on top of all that. Thanks Dan !

Dan saved our family from suffering 2 whole cold weeks of winter. Other companies said they'd send someone to look at the heat pump in 2 weeks, Dan came on the same day, identified the broken parts, and replaced them on the same day! He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I am still amazed he could identify the broken parts, obtain replacements and install them on the same visit. Thanks for working in the cold rain Dan!

Really impressed with The Air Con Man. Our heat pump hadn't been serviced for a while and Dan thoroughly cleaned it and explained the process and the results are amazing.

I have used Dan several times over the last 3 years to repair a heat pump that had stopped working and to install new heat pumps. Dan enjoys the challenge of bringing an older heat pump back to life and he is really good at it. His ready supply of spare parts means he can get them working as soon as he has diagnosed the problem. He has installed 4 new heat pumps for me and I am a very satisfied customer.
