The staff will take advantage of you if you're self-isolating with Covid by trying to sell you the most expensive stuff via phone call. That's what happened to me. I needed some stuff for my throat and immunity, and the lady on the phone suggested some vitamin C product to me but didn't tell me the price. I didn't really bother to ask because I didn't expect it to be $69 (as it turned out). Very unprofessional on their part to take advantage of sick people who are stuck in self-isolation.

I was sold homoeopathic drops while still being in a post-sedative, agreeable, state after surgery at the Citymed Clinic. This set me back $40 for a 50ml bottle!It seems incredibly unethical to upsell products to patients that are still under the influence of a sedative, let alone boujee fake medicine that does not do anything.

Needed a doctors note for taking a few days off work due to a cold. They recommended I have a zoom meeting with one of their doctors. I was about to agree but I thought I'd quickly check the price. $120.......So I called a different doctor and they offered me the same service for just $50.What is up with their pricing??

Every time I’ve been in to collect a prescription over the years they’ve tried to sell me something else e.g. a natural remedy for gut issues when my GP had already prescribed me medication. “But it’s very highly recommended by our customers!”. It’s always really pushy too, it’s bloody annoying! Just let me get my prescription! Love the CityMed medical clinic, just not the pharmacy.

Ridiculously overpriced compared to other local pharmacy's and now don't even display prices on their products.The dark haired lady always tries to up sell expensive products you don't need.Walk around the corner to Chemist Warehouse and pay half the price and no sales pressure.

These people take advantage of citizens and immigrants alike.. my fiance went here to get a simple prescription for a common illness... they charged her 265 dollars for the medicine. I immediately went there and got a refund, and took her to chemist warehouse.. same medicine AND MORE for 55 dollars.. you tell me how thats possible...

I urgently needed a prescription filled before my flight, and this pharmacy was the only one who could order it in overnight. They made a very stressful day much easier for me, and had the script filled out and ready for me to pick up well before I needed to leave for the airport.
