I have been trying to get hold of you for days now, I ordered the brush and comb combo for my Fiancé and was so disappointed with the communication, took over a week to confirm order which OK covid so I understand but when it arrived the combe was broken and I can't get in touch through email as noone seems to reply, it's a shame because it's really good quality and all I would like is a replacement
