Appalling lack of service in store. Was in store searching for 35 minutes (store wasn't busy)for what i needed before I was appoached with a blasé offer of help. Then uponthat this customer rep was out right rude and not helpful in the slightest. I booked and paid for a in home tech support, unfortunately had to postpone, the process to re book was painful and not straightforward in the slightest. Was treated like i was the inconvenience. Step it up guys, you will not be getting my next order.

Good sized store with plenty of range and space to move around. Service was quick and efficient. Has all your home appliances and technology products you need as well as the option to get it installed and set up by tech solutions which is handy. Plenty of parking available at the front of the store.

Seems like what they show on the website is not In stock. Its not the first time, I bought something online and turned up its not in stock they have to get it deliver from somewhere else. Next time I will record it and take it to court to repay for my petrol, time wasting, and false advertisement.

The service from Tauranga was absolutely second to none. Out of stock but getting product couriered from another branch directly to our house. They couldn't do enough to help. Really impressed and greatly appreciated the outstanding service.Thank you. Highly recommended.Back here again and the service from Billy and Darren is just outstanding. Both these guys are serving with all honesty and the highest integrity. Noel Leemings can be rightfully proud of the calibre of staff at their Tauranga store. I am super impressed and without any hesitation whatsoever I highly recommend Noel Leemings Tauranga. The staff are a real credit to the owners and an asset to Tauranga. Bought a $800 coffee machine that had been previously returned, at the counter I asked if it had everything the guy said yes and I asked if it was clean and he said yes got home opened it and it had coffee beans all through it milk splatters and missing 3 parts… very very disappointed. Customer service was awful as-well the man was very short with me.
