Absolutely shockingMy grandmother was transferred here from middlemore for respite careIt look them 24hours to change her adult pull upHer dinner came to her cold and asked them if they could heat it for her which they took it and never brought it back so had no foodStaff get grumpy if you ring the bell for help or get phone calls from family and punish the residence buy shutting there door or leaving there light on all night and dont check on youWould never ever send my grandmother back here and will be laying a complaint with the ministryThis is abuse and its discusting
