Coffee Culture Rolleston
Really really slow service. It didn’t seem overly busy but the wait time was over 20 mins for 1 coffee and a sausage roll. They appeared to have ample staff working however (at least 7 at the time I was there)They also got my coffee order wrong, and the table next to us but I just took it anyway as the wait had been so long.The waitress wasn’t very apologetic to either myself nor the table next to me about our incorrect orders.The coffee and food was good however.

It doesn't matter how busy they are, they always greet you with a smile.Service is always on point, food is great, premises are always clean and tidy and let's not forget the GREAT Coffee and Chai's!Thank you to the Rolleston Staff, you are appreciated and a special shout out" to Jess on a Wednesday night when I'd had a really busy day... your friendly smile and chat made my day!"

Lovely interior design with a nice kids play area. They don't have a kitchen so food menu is very limited, but coffee is decent. Staff is warm and friendly.

Nice food, very plentiful range of food, it was busy but had to ask to get table wiped down. Wasn't a relaxing coffee & cake as very noisy mainly customers children but that's out of cafes control.

Nice area for tea break , very crowded and almost full house during peak hours , large and sufficient car park provided , Quality and quantity of foods and drinks are general normal standard , prices and cost of foods / drinks are little bit higher than other cafe shops . No special foods or manager recommendation provided . Counter services is okay , but table services is solely terrible and unbelivable . This cafe shop was managed by six beautiful girls during peak time , a lot of used and dirty food plates and cups were left on table for over 2 hours ( 2 cycles of customers) . Only a large special Cafe shop in this shopping area , so I have no other choice to go .

Messed up our order, but it was during a busy period…Ordered 2 large flat whites to drink in. Reconfirmed the order with the waitress. 15 minutes later at our table, still waiting for the coffees. We query their whereaboutsWith the waitress who took our order and she says she’ll be right back with them. Another 5-10 minutes pass so we go to the counter to enquire and are told that our small takeaway flat whites have been waiting for us for the last 10 min.Not a great experience but the cafe was busy and mistakes happen. Probably only an issue if this becomes a common occurrence.

Service was very slow. Waited 35 to 40 mins just for pastries and muffins from the display food cabinet. Take away customers ordering after us got served their food much quicker.

The young lady who served me was great. However there were 3 others standing around, having a lovely time, chatting & laughing so loud I had difficulty hearing the young lady. There were rables needing clearing & food scraps on the floor needing sweeping up too.

Went in for an afternoon coffee and a chai, and ended up having some cake to go with them. Absolutely gorgeous food as well as excellent hot drinks. Service was friendly and really happy, combined with professional efficiency. It would have to be the best Coffee Culture we've visited anywhere.
